Default so what do you eat/drink when recording???

I notice I eat more when I'm working on tracks than any other time. I going to try to eat more veggie stir fry. But there is alot of chocolate rappers around.

I typically do not eat when working unless it's a long (over 8 hour) sesion. However I do drinks some of the most disgusting (or delectable) expresso mud around. We're actually pseudo-famous for it.

Hope this is helpful.

During the hours before 5p.m. Folgers and
American Spirits. After 5 O'clock, substitute
Folgers for Miller Lite.

Sorry, an internet hangup.

But you know, two bottles isn't a bad idea.

Irish breakfast tea, Guiness Stout and Jamison Gold Irish Whiskey for particularly challenging situations. Lots of water. Odwalla bars and juices make great meals. Chineese take out. Bagels w/ peanut butter. No coffee on weekends only - that sh** makes me crazy.
