Surround for TV, DVD etc - NOT cinema

My room is too small to do theatrical releases, but surround for HDTV seems like it could be in demand soon. My 16'x13'x9' room is fairly close to most home lounge sizes, I am hoping that my room may fit the specification for that kind of work.

I think the spec I am looking for is "THX pm3" - but I cannot find any details at all. I am waiting for a response from Dolby but would be grateful if anyone knows anything here and could point me towards some info.
