Default Region List Opening In Mixer At Startup

Hi Every time I open a session in PT 10.3.2 the region list is open on the mixer window even though I last saved the session with it closed. This only happens on certain projects, not all. I used to have this happen with PT 8 on windows but I can't remember how to stop it, there was some key command to quit PT which stopped it and I can't find where I found the solution, it's only a minor problem but it still gives me the s**ts, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Sorry, I don't have a solution, but I've had this same behavior on my Mac for a long time.

Ever since PT 8 this has been the behavior ... I can't stand it, I don't know why it shouldn't just open up the way it was saved.

It is a bug that was fixed for some time but it reintroduced itself in 10.3
