We still have somme problems with the cloud ! I get a lot of version conflict. Maybe I`m the one who screwing up so this is how I do it PLEASE corect me if I`m wrong 1- start a new project from a basic template with about 10 mono track 3 stereo instrument tracks (Mini Grand/DB33 and EZ Drummer) 1 main bus and 1 Master 2- start a colaboration and invite my partner 3- share all tracks then relinquish them ALL 4- start Working and save a local copy EVERY time I close a project I also moved both cache folders from my OS Drive to the 3th SSD drive that host all my samples banks for all my virtual instrument Thanks

Getting kind of sick of messing around with the avid cloud !
Am I the only one using it ? Problem connecting Failed upload/update/sink of session with 250/50 mb/s internet connection I now live the computer On 24/7 message to upload thacks that I just download from the cloud but did NOT do anyting I don`t wanna be a ass and I know about the covid 19 but you still take my money and will take it again soon If I wanna keep access to my songs so you have to do your part

Please ask your partner to check their email (or sign into my.avid.com and Access the Support Center) - I don't see their response to the Avid tech's case update on 3/16. In the meantime I would recommend not moving the Project Cache (if that's what you were referring to) and just let Pro Tools manage that. Please connect with me to share a Project on Avid Link if possible.

FWIW, I'm trying to set up a cloud project for one of my clients. It's my first time setting this up. I can't even log in. I either get a "502 Bad Gateway nginx" message on the sign in popup window or another window opens up giving me the attached JavaScript Alert. What am I doing wrong... or are the servers too busy?

Thanks Jeffro, I bought a Cloud subscription and we restarted everything using my studio as the base server but we still have some problem since the old data from a mount ago are now obselet I will ask my partner to close the ticket and I open a new support case under my name 03915403 so it`s easyer

Ah that’s good to hear. Personally I wouldn’t trust it as far as I could throw it, but that might just be because I’m a control freak and I don’t want anyone messing with my data. (NB I’m collaborating all the time, but with people who get a copy of my data, so they can’t change the session itself.)

Just today I lost all day cause your service was down and Avid cloud lost 20 Guitars solo Track I was abble to link them back from a backup but now the Task Manager as been stock at about 2% for over 30 Min !!!
I don`t wanna work from backup just in case it could make it worst that it already .... that for sure would be a hard thing to do My internet conection is probably working since I`m HERE I`m trying realy hard not to bust a Cap but come one man
