Pro Tools Basics (Videos) ?

Hey guys, is there any good training/tutorials out there for Pro Tools? I come from a Cubase/FL Studio/Reason/ETC background, and would like to watch someone explain the basics so i can mentally map the similarities and functions, so i can get the most out of it. It's still a bit to grasp for me, thought it's not "that much" different in terms of functions of any traditional daw. I just wanna make sure i understand loop record, snap, grids, tempo, automation drawing, midi recording and sequencing, etc etc...then I'm sure I'll be getting projects started in no time. I'm running Pro Tools 10, but I assume PT 8 and 9 videos would suffice. Share links if possible to best ...

There are so many good videos on youtube yet there are so many missleading videos on youtube as well so that would not be my go to place unless some one like above recommended it to me !
so with that said look up

Grooves3 is awesome. You may want to check out The Recording Revolution and Home Studio Corner as well. Excellent videos and tutorial packages there.
