CPU overload error

I recorded a song on Pro Tools 10 HD and I go to press play and it says. A CPU overload error occurred is there a way to fix this?

With the precious little info you give us in your profile it seems you're trying to run PT10 on an unsupported operating system of OSX 10.10.5. The last officially supported OSX was 10.8.5 although PT10 does run just fine in OSX 10.9.5. The only known problem is that the PT uninstaller doesn't work. There are manual steps for how to do that deed on Avid's site.

Amongst known issues with the combo of PT and OSX you're running is the well-known blank insert menu problem. You know - sometimes Avid gets it right with their compatibility info.
