The HUI controller personality file is included with all Pro Tools 6 and 7 installations except for the Pro Tools 6.4 release. You can still download from the Downloads Archive - Legacy MIDI Controllers page:
http://archive.digidesign.com/download/controllers/ The download that has the HUI file is this one, near the bottom of the page: Legacy MIDI Controllers for Pro Tools 6.4 for HD and LE Systems
