Default Anyone using Apogee TRAK2 with Pro Tools HD native

Hi all.
Hopefully a simple question.

I've recently upgraded my PT system to UL 2019 with an HD Native card and Omni HD interface.

My TRAK2 is not showing up.
It worked with PT HD 10 and PT HD 11.

It has the Digi card and the AES card and 8ch DAC card.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
AQ.

From Pro Tools 12.6 onwards you need a digilink I/O ilok license to use third party interfaces. If you upgraded from HD11, you probably already have one in your ilok account. If you purchased a new 2019 license you’ll need to purchase the digilink license separately.

Copy that.
I’ll check my account.

Many thanks.

Wow, that brings back memories. Great unit with an incredibly noisy fan!

Thank you.
I’ll keep it in the whisper rack.
