Default Artist Control in Mac OS X Sierra (10.12.6)

I've been using my Artist Control, under Mac OSX 10.8.5, with Pro Tools and Ableton Live 9 without any problems for several years.

I recently cloned my system drive and updated the new system to Mac OS X Sierra (10.12.6).

Under 10.12.6, in Ableton Live, my Artist Control faders, mute and solo buttons respond to changes in the Live software, but Live does not respond to moves (faders, mutes, solo, transport buttons) on the Artist Control.

However, all my Artist Control soft keys work in Live.

I've tried everything to solve the problem; Live prefs, MIDI allocations, etc., to no effect.

Any ideas please?
