Converting Audio To MIDI

I have these "drum" tracks (and I hold the term loosley) that need a severe overhaul. They were originally done via Korg Triton and then fed seperatley in to PT. I want to take the parts and turn them in to midi so I can put them in Reason and chnage the sounds around. Is there and program/plug that will take the audio and essentually use it as a trigger? Like set the threshold and anything over that point would count as midi velocity information? The parts are all seperate already (i.e. kick, snare, etc.)
