Artist Control surface. The hardware. I have an iPad but I only use it for Spanner und for my monitor controller.

Just a plain unmanaged 5-port Gbit Netgear switch. Has worked fine for years. Only started around summer or whenever the 19.x naming scheme started I think. I've just installed the 19.12 Eucon. Will see how that goes...

If this still happens, please try connecting the Mix directly with a single cable (no switch) and see if that fixes the issue. We can go from there....
