Pro Tools 12.8 - 'Reading Elastic Audio Cache'
Hello!
After updating to from 12.7 to 12.8 a few of my sessions seem to be taking a long time to open up - stating 'Reading Elastic Audio Cache'. This is happening at the end of the session loading sequence, after all tracks have been loaded and just before the session window opens up. It 'Reads' for about 1-1.5 mins before opening up. It has never done this in the past! Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mac Pro (Late 2013) 3.5 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon E5 64 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC Pro Tools HD | 12.8 |

Hi, I've been using PT 12.8 quite smoothly since it was released though there are still a few bugs here and there, and I saw this for the first time yesterday, when committing a 4 bar clip. There were no elastic audio-enabled tracks in the session. I had to force-quit after about 45s. Very strange indeed.
