Bounce file doesn't sound the same as in PT

Hi,

We've been working on a few mixes, and when we bounce the mix, it sounds different:

1 - the rendered file is at least 6 db less loud than the mix
2- there is a lot more reverb in the bounced file than in the mix

The mix is built as the following:
We routed the tracks to different aux:
drum aux
Bass Aux
Guitar aux
etc...

then these aux are routed to a stereo 2 bus package.

This is the track we try to render. In the dialog box we make sure we bounce the right stereo 2 bus track.

When I compare the stereo bounce to the mix, it sounds really different.

Any Ideas?
