Default Bouncing to MP3 issue

I had to do s fresh install of Windows and PT 10.3.10 HD and when I bounce to disk and select MP3 it gives me an error. Now the silly thing is someone on here helped me out and told me how to fix it but that was about 2 years ago and for the life of me I can't find the thread I made. So I'm hoping that person or someone else can chime in and help me out again :)

What is the error you are seeing?
Sometimes you just need to sync your iLok.

It's not an iLok error it bounces down to a stereo track and has it finishes the Windows command box opens and says something. I wish I could find the thread where an Avid rep helped me out it was such a simple fix but I've just forgotten

Search for all your posts?

A lot I know, but you could narrow it by Keyword.

Cheers,
