New FW800 Grounded MBox coming???

So, I have been using Pro Tools for years now, I have 5 different systems.
I am curious why I don't see Avid making any interfaces with firewire 800 ports? And also why not a 1u rack with a grounded plug?
I hate to have to buy a MOTU unit and then PRAY it works with the software and each updated release.

Request:
1u rack
8 in/outs with meters
grounded plug (no wall warts)
firewire 800 plug

I think it's more likely that Avid will read your requests if you post an idea on the Protools Ideascale.

Why should you have to pray it works?

Pro Tools works great with 3rd party interfaces. I've had my Focusrite since PT9, and haven't had any real issues.

I'd be more concerned about Avid units going EOSS...
