Default error code Init MachOFileShim failed on launch

I am getting this error_Init MachOFileShim failed when I launch protools 6.7 using OS 10.3.9 on dual 1.8Ghz 2 GB Ram. clicking OK continues the launch of the program. No new software installed. only thing different was tried to upen a 6.4 session I got on a cd from the cd and all hell broke loose. digi rewire stopped working so protools would not launch if rewire was in the plug ins folder. tried reinstalling updating to 6.9 nothing worked. next day that problem fixed itself, dont even know how other than a shut down of the machine may be the reason. please help! thanks for your time.
