What is the screenshot supposed to tell us? Which iLok is which? Are they actually connected? Are the iLok LED lights on? Is one of these iLoks the new key? If so you seem to be able to register the key to your account in the past and you moved some license to it (for what? Pro Tools?). When did the new iLok stop working? Again you need to actually describe stuff clearly so people here can follow what is happening.

What do you want us to guess is happening from descriptions like "not working like the old one"? Why can't you actually describe exactly what is happening?

If an iLok is not showing up in ILM... you do not need to waste time reinstalling Pro Tools. You should have reinstalled ILM, removed all the USB peripherals you can, trying all the USB ports on the computer, and that's about it. If that does not work and especially if your computer has a history of in situ macOS upgrades then do a test install of macOS on a spare drive or container if there is space on the boot drive. It's pointless wasting time reinstalling Pro Tools if the ILM is not seeing the iLok. And presumably it now does not see either iLok???

You were "told to" do lots of stuff... and that risks being a huge waste of time if people can't follow anything you are doing.

Is this possibly the USB3 issue iLok had with certain Macbooks?

Sure then try a USB 2 hub... but I thought that issue went away?

Is this an iLok 2 or 3... again lack of info.

this is an ilock 3 and on I am not using a usb hub no I still having problem with new ilock

If it’s the ilok incompatible with USB3 port issue with certain MacBooks, the solution was to simply use a USB2 hub. Plug the hub into the USB3 port and plug the iLok into the hub.
