Video File does not relink after cross-platform opening

Native Video

When opening a session created in the Windows 10 version of PT 2019.6.0 on a MBP running MacOS 10.14.6, the video file does not automatically re-link.

UPDATE: I think this may have to do with using Radeon Pro vs integrated video. (If I enable high-end graphics, it may re-link.) I can't check it right now, but will update again if the issue is resolved.

Session created on Mac 2019.6
went to Editor on PC PT 11. Dont know exact version.
Back to me Video was not found.
Had to import it back again.
