Mbox mini not working with Pro Tools 11

I have spent 3 days installing and uninstalling drivers finally got PT11 working the only problem is my mbox mini isn't working. It lights up with the blue light but its just not recognized it worked with PT10 before the upgrades. I've tried holding N and setting up the playback it just will not show up. It says hardware not connected and not streaming and there isn't a firmware showing either. Somebody help.

I am having similar issues, I expect this might be one of these factory issues, where the units are faulty. I'm hoping to get another one and compare the units..

Can you post your full system specs? Be sure you've downloaded the right drivers, as there are a couple versions of the Mbox mini.

You may need the previous drivers (1.1.3). This is a Mac issue of course and neither the op or the 2nd person posted any info about their setup.

I have one with pt 11 on a core 2 duo MacBook pro working fine with 11.1.3 drivers

I have the same problem but with pro tools express, i don't know what to do, it doesn't work on my OS mavericks, i've test it again on my other laptop sony vaio it still doesn't work, i've uninstalled the hardware driver again, nothing happens but the power blue light..
