Default Pro tools m powered "plug-in could not be made active///"

Please help i've been going through the manuals and tutorials for about two days now i jsut bought pro tools m powered essential..and i'm trying to record guitar, i hear the guitar but when i try to add the sans amp this comes out" plug in could not be made active because i could not be foun in plug ins folder" i was trying to trouble shoot this but i can't find the plug ins folder ive gone to library the support then pro tools etc but nothing i only have a some other random plug ins folder with the AIR files.........help please.
