Default Omni HD ADAT Digital Out Channels 1-8?

Omni HD question.

How do you get the ADAT optical to output channels 1-8?

It seems I can only get it to output a pair at a time, but not all 8 channels. I need this in order to run another device (A tascam DS m7.1 monitor controller) that has ADAT in.

It appears that the AES/EBU outs are available channels 1-8, but no way to switch that to all ADAT outs. Just AES/EBU.

I have read the manual, and I found no answer to this question.

Pro Tools > Hardware Setup >
Select HD Omni from the Peripherals box

Then on the Main tab,
Under the Output column set
Optical Output Format to ADAT

Thanks for the reply. I had already tried that, because it seems the most logical way. Unfortunately I still only get 1 pair of A0AT outs (see image).

The Omni is only an 8 output device. You have used up 6 outputs for monitoring. Your problem isn't the ADAT but that you've used 6 of your channels. You can turn that off by deleting the monitoring setup and then assigning your ADATs starting without outputs 1-2

The monitor path can't be deleted. It is locked.
