Default S6L recording question

Hello!

We recently upgraded our Profile system to a S6L at work.
I can't get my head around the following issue...

Our old Profile was super easy to record to PT or any other daw. Patching "direct outs" of any channel, groups, aux etc to any PT input.

With S6L, all inputs from "Stage" are "digitally splitted" by default! And I can't find a way to remove this.
I have a big show that I need to record, and I use about 64 inputs/channels.
I would only like to record all my groups, and a few specific channels. But I can't patch these direct outs to Pro Tools without un-patching some of my Stage inputs.... It seems like the default SPLITS of all the stage inputs occupy all my options to pick and choose which groups, busses or matrixes to record!
WHAT am I getting wrong.....?
