I used two of them with PT7.4 and PT8, no problems at all.

Same here (worked in 7.4 and PT8. 2 delta 1010 with all I/O working fine (modded, pci rack - not "1010 LT")
Should in 9 as well (but I'm not paying for "what should have already been" long ago. Price must fall for prev 7.4/PT8 owners).
