Upgraded to PT 12.8.3 & Lost EUCON Surfaces

Greetings, everything was fine on my Macbook Pro Mavericks with PT 11.3 and an Artist Control and a Artist Mix. Upgraded to Sierra on the Mac, then upgraded EUCON to 3.7, updated firmware on both control surfaces, and then updated to PT 12.8.3. Now control surfaces no longer connect. In EUCON sys settings, I see both surfaces and my workstation but my workstation won't 'attach' when I try. I have reinstalled EUCON and EUCON workstation with no luck. I added the EUCON to the Mac security accessible settings.

The one other issue is when I set up my router for the two surfaces, my subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 on the router and both surfaces...everything worked great under PT 11.3. I contacted PT Support and they said the subnet mask needs to be 255.255.0.0 but the router does not permit this 266.255.0.0.

I am confused and stuck...Anyone have any ideas or possible solutions? Thank you...

The EUCON performance improvements introduced in v3.5 make it and all later versions (including v3.7) incompatible with
v3.4.x and previous versions of EUCON and EuControl. As a result, the current and future versions must not be run on the same
network (subnet) as any 3.4.x or previous EUCON Surface software

Just downgraded to previous version of EUCON...all appears to be working fine now with PT 12.8.3. Will wait till I get final reply from Avid Support and/or updated EUCON version, past 3.7.
