EUCON 3.7 crashes immediately!!!!!

Were the files there when EuControl is installed? and then when you uninstall do they disappear?

Hello, I just followed Eddie's instructions, got rid of all Eucon on my mac. Re-installed 3.7 plus i'm also on PT 12.8.2. All is now working good.

New Eucon software 3.7 (138j problem with last Logic Pro X 10.3.2, El Capitan. When I open Logic Pro X , a window pop up say: Incompatible EuCon version. Please update EuCon.
Current EuCon version: 4.0.3 build 138
Minimum EuCon build: 65.916
under these written there are three buttons, first say Launch with EuCon, second say Launch without EuCon and third say Quit.
I’ve tried to reinstall, aven with clean script, I delete Logic preferences but always same window every time. After I click first button, Logic works perfectly with my Artists Control and Mix. Any suggestion?

I seem to be experiencing this same problem on Windows 10 for 3.7. This version was working fine for past week after introducing ipad app. Now EuControl is causing my computer to crash on startup with message about EuVkbd.sys failure. I disabled EuControl in StartUp so my computer will stop crashing. Then I uninstalled EuCon. Now when I try to reinstall, it causes my computer to crash while installing. I also tried rolling back to 3.6.1 and same issue with crashing on install.

Do I need to remove some other files that uninstall doesn't remove? Would appreciate any help. Thanks

This has been fixed by Apple and will be in a future update to Logic pro

This isn't the same issue as the original post that was fixed and Mac only.

The EuVkbd.sys file is a virtual keyboard driver (softkeys etc) Did you install any new hardware or software around the time the crash started to happen?
I would stick with 3.7 for trying to fix this but first, uninstall whatever's on there now.
Then open file explorer and select the c: drive type EuVkbd.sys into the search and see if any are left behind (let the search finish, it take a while). Try and delete them. Then reinstall v3.7
