Pro Tools 12.8.1 Freezing with UMC404HD

When I start Pro Tools 12.8.1 it freezes when I use the Behringer UMC404HD as the playback device. It loads everything on the splash screen, but after that it freezes and is non responsive. Standard windows playback engine works fine but my mic is plugged into the UMC404HD Behringer audio interface so I will need playback selected to the UMC404HD for my mic to work with Pro Tools. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium.

Here is what I have done so far:

>Reinstalled the Behringer UMC 404HD 5 times (3 of which were other versions)
>Reinstalled Pro Tools once by deleting just pro tools, and another time deleting everything related to Pro Tools.
>Tried different USB ports
>No option to select sample size after selecting UMC404HD as playback, so that won't help
>Tried running Pro Tools in compatibility and Administrator mode
>Removed all plugins and tried running Pro Tools after

No resolution

Please help me
