But if you look around on this Pro Tools 11 forum, you should find some feedback from other 002 owners that have tried it with the PT 11 trial version or upgraded to 11.

I own a copy of pro tools ver6.4, can it be used as a cross-upgrade?

No, but your Digi 002 Rack is what you would need for the crossgrade. From that same page:

Unfortunately I still haven't recieved an email for my free student upgrade to Pro Tools 11.

I purchased PT10 in January 2012 and on My Avid is says "Licenses: Pro Tools 10.0 for Students"

Can someone please help me?

From what I can see, your registration does not indicate a student version:
Product: Pro Tools 10.0 for Institutions Purchased: Nov 08, 2012

I would recommend filing a support case with customer service to sort it out as it says in the first post in this thread:

I have just tried the case form link above, however when I click 'send' it takes me to 'force.com' and tells me:

I submitted a support ticket this afternoon because I was eligible for the upgrade, and I also received a verification code - but the code didn't work since it was already used before.

Strange enough the email contained the following:
Regarding Product: Pro Tools 10 Student LE Cross-Grade

It appears that Avid is trying to send me a PT 10 licence instead of a PT 11 licence. I submitted a new support ticket, but I just want to make sure that I'll be receiving the correct code and will have access to PT 11. Is it possible to investigate this? Thanks!
