I have the same problem when I open a session. My Avid Artist Control is even more useless now. I hardly use it because of the faulty rotary buttons which are bugged in the Eucon software. With every update of the Eucon software it looks like more bugs and crashes are introduced.

This has been reported to Engineering and logged here. The Late Breaking Tech Issues section on the PT 12.2 page has also been updated to reflect this.

so far so good with PT12.2 and EuCon 3.3 with Transport .. no crashes yet .. will report back IF it happens ..

Thanks for logging this! One note, however, restarting Eucon is not working here. All I get is a repeated error message saying "Eucon unexpectedly quit" So it would seem that restarting Eucon is not, in all cases, a remedy for this problem.

Might have been a coincidence that it didn't occur after trashing prefs. We're close to releasing a fix for this, so thank you for your patience.

Will update the bug report (so 'follow' that) and reply to this thread when it's available.
