Sent back the POD HD500. Buying an Eleven Rack

Yeah, it was either one or the other (couldn't afford both). I'm mostly a bedroom player. I only probably do 2 or 3 gigs per year with some friends, so I mostly play at home and do home recording. Overall it's the tone that sells me.

The ER is shipping so I should be able to give a review in the next few days!

The Eleven Rack Expansion Pack has some cooler presets than the first FW version, I think.

Either way, I assure you you'll be pleased with the move you've made. There's no comparison!

Welcome brother! I have owned both, and the 11R is way better than the Pod for my playing styles and gear. Youll have a hard time trying to stop playing it. Also, unlike the Line 6 forum, EVERYONE is so helpful in this forum. Its truly the kindest and most supportive forum I have been a part of. Also dont forget to join the elevenrack user group forums. Thats where you can download awesome rigs that all of these guy made!

Thanks! I did join the user group as well. I'm using the same username. I notice most of the guys over there post here too. Both boards are really positive and have good posts.
