S1 Soft Keys

I see in the EuControl software that you can assign different functions to the 8 function keys at the bottom of the S1.

If you have multiple S1 setup, do these functions duplicate across each unit?

Or, can you assign functions to specific units.

in other words, if you have 4x S1 units, do you get 24 programmable soft keys? Or do you only get 8, which are then the same on every unit?
