table to find an audio interface attached to the first HDX card
I am getting this message for about a year now every time I open Protools
I hit cancelled and get to the Playback Engine window where everything is OK and HDX is showing . I hit OK and everything works as it should  I'm on Ultimate 2020.12 and OSx10.15.7 now but this problem started on earlier version of PT and Catalina. My interface is a Lynx Aurora 16HD Am I missing something? Sorry about "table" it's unable, could not edit the title

Trash preferences and retry. Also hold down the 'n' key on your computer keyboard when starting PT.

Could the Lynx unit need a firmware update?

The only thing I cannot do is controlling the unit with the Lynx software that is not compatible with Catalina.
