PT Express zip file wont open/extract

Hi,

I have a feeling I'm being an idiot here, but I was following the official step-by-step instructions after purchasing my Fast Track Duo and I can't open or extract the zip file of Pro Tools Express after downloading it. Here's the error message I'm getting:

"Windows cannot open the folder

The Compressed (zipped) Folder
'C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\Pro_Tools_Express_10_3_4_I nstaller_79090 .zip' is invalid."

I'm running Windows 8 which I understand isn't compatible, but I've been looking at various workarounds for the incompatibility and it seems that this isn't the way that problem (usually) manifests itself. I've tried redownloading and I've googled around for similar issues and not found anything.
