Default Error message: Unable to create new sessions

I just installed pro tools, 10.2 tried it and worked perfectly. After I installed several free pluggins and when trying to create a new session it appears the following message:

pro tools no se ha podido cambiar crear documento nuevo porque Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/ws.Encore/AlturaPorts/DWF/MacBuild/../Views/UMenu.MacOS.mm",line1351.

Any Ideas?

Help me please
