6.0 install problems

We attempted upgrade 5.3 to 6.0. Everything was working fine minutes before. Installed 10.2.4, installed 6.0. On start-up, immediately get DAE Error –4. All hardware is connected and configured right. Any ideas? [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img]
