SC/TDM plug-in not working

I posted a message yesterday on the Digi User Conference to find out the version of the SC plug-in required to run on a MixPlus system. Your reply was version 1.1.1, which I currently have loaded in my plug-ins folder. I can't get SC/TDM to appear in ProTools (or Studio Vision Pro). Any ideas as to why this might not be working? All other plug-ins are working, and SC works (and sends audio out of its analog outs). The SC option in PT's I/O naming window is greyed out.

It will appear in the input pop-up for tracks and Aux tracks. If it's not here's some things to look for:

•SC TDM piggyback is not attached to the card, is not connected to the TDM ribbon cable or is non-functional. Digitest might be a help here.

•Plugin is corrupt or conflicting with another plugin. Try removing all but the digi plugins and seeing if it reappears. Try re-copying it into the DAE plugins folder from CD.

•DAE is in a low-memory situation. This will prevent it from loading plugins on launch.

Thanks for your reply. This was a system assembled at Sweetwater Sound, and apparently in shipping the TDM piggyback card had worked its way loose. I snapped it in place, and the TDM connection is working.
