Default No Audio on Student's Windows Laptop

Hello Community,
I am a college professor teaching audio production courses.
Due to the COVID shutdown, I have no choice but to finish my current audio classes remotely.
I was able to get free 90 day PT licenses for my audio students (thanks AVID!)
I have a student who is having an issue with PT.
He is not able to hear the playback of his PT sessions on his laptop.
He is using a Windows laptop that was issued to him by the college.
I have never used PT on Windows, so I am having a hard time providing him with adequate help in troubleshooting his problem.
After installing PT, he was directed by PT to install ASIO 4ALL because his system sound card isn't compatible with PT.
He has tried holding the N key during PT startup.
He has also told me that the ASIO 4ALL does not show up in his computer's systems settings for sound.
Being a Mac user, I found this to be strange because in my experience on Macs, all available playback engines for sound can be found in the system sound settings for the Mac.
Can anyone provide me with tips to help my student?
Below I have included the system information for his computer.
Also, I am going to assume that since he downloaded PT within the past few weeks, that it is the most current version of PT.
