12.5 not available in Pro Tools 12 Student/Edu product

Hi,

I should also qualify for a free upgrade. I purchased my academic copy of Pro Tools june, 13th 2012. Still no 12.5 in my avid account. Would be nice if somebody could look into that.

Well, Avid team replied my first email saying I had to wait a bit because they were fixing the Educational update for 12.5
It has passed 2 weeks since then and nothing happened.

My educational plan is expiring on May. BUT I still dot get the upgrade link for my 12.5.
Avid emailed me 2 weeks ago saying it would be fixed but nothing happened yet...
Hope they sort it all soon!

I still don't have any 12.5 installers in my Avid account online or in the Application Manager. Am I missing something here?

Student/Academic Purchase was keeping me going up until now. Am I the only one still waiting?

Almost a month since the release and still waiting, like always.
Just like when we had to wait like more than a month for Avid to fix many education accounts that wouldn't let us download Pro Tools 12.4 because it reverted back to an "Pro Tools 12.3 Edu" license, after the time we had to wait to actually have it appear originally in our product library.

When I originally bought Pro Tools 10, and saw the 4-year free updates offer, being forced to wait for almost months to get the updates, many times not knowing if Avid even is actually acknowledging you and not knowing if you are going to get the update every single time wasn't what I had in mind.

I remember when Pro Tools 11 was released, and I had to wait for like 2 months to get the update.

I'm also waiting for my download link to show in the master account.
My EDU subscription is going to end in May but the last installer is 12.2.1

Jun 2012 student purchase qualifies for 12.5... still in process, so thanks for your patience.

Maybe the slow/non-delivery is their way of coping. If they want me to start a paid plan once this one expires, I'd better see that download link soon ^_^

I still haven't received my 12.5 update, although I'm still on the 4 years upgrade plan.

Has anybody with the same plan already gotten their update?

Activation Codes where sent out around a year and a half ago (or more).
Search email spam.
Get you dates of purchase (Start of the 4Yr (receipts)) handy.
Then, note your Avid account for past edu-upgrades.

That program stopped a while back but you to your question.
My edu copy came around 2 months after PT's 12 was released.
