I have 2 systems:

1st: Digi001, PIII-1GHZ, CUSL2-C, 384 RAM, 2 HDs (7200) IDE...

2nd: AMIII, PII-400, P2-B, 256 RAM, 2 HDs (7200) IDE...

Now I´m upgrading theese systems...

I would like to know what´s the best option about my 1st system. I´m going to P4-1.7 and I need to know about MotherBoard, about RAM (RAMBUS or DDR), and if the P4 supports AMIII too. I know P4 supports Digi001, but I have doubts about AMIII...

I´m waiting for your reply as soon possible, please...

I strongly suggest an asus motherboard..I have a p4t...i'm astonished how well everything works..cause you know how it usually is...the p4t requires a 423 socket pentium 4 and rambus memory...the memory is a bit more expensive... i have 256mb...i am running two soundcards...playing back gigasampler on one and recording on the audiomedia 3...it works.
