Login doesn't complete for Pro Tools First, can't create projects

Hi there,

I received a license for Pro Tools First as part of a bundle that came with my focusrite scarlett 2i2 and I registered it on the Avid site and installed Pro Tools First. I can login to the Avid App Manager but it never completes "Getting Subscription Data" to show that I have Pro Tools First registered.

When I open Pro Tools I enter my login info and it just sits on the "Logging in" and never completes so I cannot create a project.

Any advice on how to resolve this so I can begin using the software?
