Reason/PTLE Midi drums on separate faders?
Is it possible to set up Midi drums with PTLE 6.1 and Reason so that I can mix the audio with faders in the Pro Tools Mix Window, with a separate track for kick snare, HH, etc?
I can get Midi drum tracks and Aux inputs, etc., working fine with the Reason demo; but can't seem to get separate faders happening... What am I missing? Thanks- |

Re: Reason/PTLE Midi drums on separate faders?
you need to bypass the mixer in reason. Just connect the outputs of the device in reason directly to an rewire output (one of the 64 in the hardware interface in reason). Then you need to make mono-aux-tracks in ptle to get all those tracks into ptle. Initiate a reason plugin on every channel and choose the appropiate channel.
