Default Panning

Can't believe I'm even asking this. For some reason pro tools has switched everything that's panned left to right vice versa. Technically the pan is left but it's coming out on right side. My cords are plugged in correctly. Just randomly did this. I might have accidently pressed something. What would cause this?

Do you have a plugin that can swap the left & right channels? Several plugins that make working on headphones like working with real speakers have the ability to swap left for right. Also your audio interface software might have that ability as well.

Double-check your I/O setup, you might have accidentally swapped the tracks there.
