Always 99% cloud even an empty project ...

I have my Cloud at 99% even i removed all the tracks of my project which is empty now for long time ... ?!

I think you're supposed to contact Avid's support team and they will fix the issue on their side

YYR is correct; start a support case and Avid will fix it on their side.

Hello,

I've searched everywhere for this, and like usual Avid doesn't make information readily available. I tried to upload a project to the cloud, but with the measly 500mb it wasn't enough. So I down-sampled it to 48kHz. But now my cloud is full "99%" but there is no where I can access this cloud to delete files and free up space... So confused on how this thing is supposed to work.

That seems like a very inefficient way to handle storage, especially when we're given 500 mb to work with... I mean my phone has literally 128 times that amount... I don't understand how Avid thinks this is ok, being that most of us bought into PT12 because of the collaboration feature. Other than that, it's just a regurgitated form of PT11. I'm ok with them having storage plans for those who need massive amounts of storage for say album work or something? But I cant even upload one damn song to the cloud with 500mb.
