Default Avid Application Manager Not Updating

My Application Manager wont update to new versions. It doesn't even show that there are new updates even though it is synced. I am downloading Pro Tools 12.3.1 T right now manually. Has anyone experienced this problem? Know how to solve it? Here is a screenshot.

I'm having the same issue with Avid Manager. I also downloaded 12.3.1 from my account page.

I cannot log into my Avid account from the application manager.
It accepts the username and password but then looks it up for 5 mins and returns to the login screen.
No bad username /password message, just the login screen.
May Avid account works, all is good there...
Thus, no update to software

The update should be in your Avid Account. It's where I downloaded my 12.3.1.

Yes I know I can update from the avid website, but I'd like to get my application manager updating for me

I'd rather have a copy of the file on my hard drives and do a clean install. I have all my upgrades and updates backed up locally, but there are some missing in my Avid Account. I may be a touch paranoid, but I'm not going to trust the "cloud" - in this case my Avid Account - to have all my updates/upgrades when I want them. YMMV
