Distorted input after velocity edit
Hi there,
I'm having a strange problem! No idea how to fix it. The problem is that say for example, when I enter the tuner (good old clean setting) the guitar is quite heavily distorted. This has affected all of my tones. This happened immediately after I increased the velocity on multiple keys in the midi sequencer. I can only assume this is no coincidence. I tried doing the exact opposite of what I just did but It looks like I am stuck with the problem. Even if I remove the eleven from my computer its the same :/. I don't know how to put this any better but that's it. Its like the entry level input on the eleven rack has been upped? |

Re: Distorted input after velocity edit
Hmm, sounds odd.
If you look at the input meters on the Eleven Rack does it show you are clipping? Press EDIT/BACK scroll to Meters And adjust the knob so it is showing the meters for Gtr(L)+Mic(R)

Re: Distorted input after velocity edit
Nah no clipping :/ at the moment, only a quarter of the bar.

Re: Distorted input after velocity edit
I've also had a problem with another midi controller where when I was scrolling through the different presets, the eleven rack would jump to another guitar preset, so I'm aware these types of issues can occur somehow. Pretty confusing this one though. I have no idea where I would control the level of whatever signal the tuner uses. I am assuming just the completely dry input signal.

Re: Distorted input after velocity edit
I actually checked the output meter there sorry. The one you said is very very low. Only like 1/20th of the bar when i do a hard hit of the strings.

Re: Distorted input after velocity edit
Hmmm I did a factory reset and problem persists :/
Maybe a problem with low battery on EMG's? I'll get a new one and post if that works. |
