ilok authorization issue
Hi I have an issue with my ilok. I am running 9.03 on my main MacPro at work 10.6.5 no issues. I installed it on my mac at home running 10.6.7 and my ilok is not working. When I boot PT it brings up the activation window, I click activate, then it shows the next screen that says "authorized ilok installed" then I press continue ans it brings me right back to the authorization window again. I repeat the process and then it pops up saying no authorized ilok was recognized. I've tried it on multiple usb ports as well. No Luck. Anybody heard of this before or can point me in the right direction?

Have you downloaded & installed the iLok client installer & driver?

Helloooooooo. Avid. Are you out there? Any clue? Its very frustrating that I can't use the software. Luckily it's working on my work mac but no luck at home. This makes me believe it must be a system issue. Any other reports of this yet?

Don't know if this will help, but when I moved from 9.0.2 to 9.0.3 I had to re-install my iLok drivers. I ended up with the same driver version that I started with, but thing worked fine after the re-install...

Not here. Uninstalled and reinstalled driver and pt many times. Tried every usb port I have. Doesn't help.

You should check in the ilok web page if the license version of PT registered in your ilok is the same version you are running.
