Subscription on hold because payment not successful
Out of the blue my subscription auto renewal will not process. The subscription has been active for over 4 years with no issues. I've checked that my credit card info is up to date and created a support ticket. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Refreshed your licenses (so you won't get interrupted) and escalated your case with the CS team. Please watch for a case notice email.

I have the same problem, my license Ultimate, was stop for a month, and now i try to reactive buy again, and a lot of issue to pay. I talk with cs team and they say that is fix, but i can not still pay. Is incredible. :-( i'm so sad, and 1 month without work for this issue.

Same problem here: working credit cards, and "rebilling not succesful"
Tried 2 cards in separate banks, nothing. CS said "can't do nothing, make sure your card is working and update your info" I contacted my bank: they said "the seller did not try to remove funds from the card" I can't switch to paypal because there is not option like this, in popup with update payment i have only card to edit.. |

Same problem here:
Tried 3 cards, Revolut, nothing works. Paypal? No option to switch to paypal? WHY? CS: "We can't do nothing" My bank: no payment attempts were detected. SO? |

UPDATE:
Support and IT were unable to solve the problem so they suggested a different solution: they revoked the crossgrade of my perpetual subscription license, and I was able to purchase it again, this time with paypal. I purchased the annual paid version right away. Everything works. Good job. |
