Mbox Pro 3rd Gen, and Mountain Lion

Hi,

I recently updated my system to Mountain Lion and Pro Tools 10.3. but i find a serious bug beetwen Mbox a System Preferences.

When i want to launch the mbox control pannel, it never opens and inmediatly appear a pop: Mbox Pro Control pannel suddenly close.

Is this a Driver problem?!!
