The serial number you entered has already been registered.??
I just got the custom keyboard for PT. When I tried to registered it, this message comes up : "The serial number you entered has already been registered. " This keyboard is brand new, it was packed and unopened. Any help?

Call customer service (not tech support) and have them straighten it out for you. If you have documentation of purchasing it new (ie. a receipt from an authorized dealer) then they should be able to piece it together and get you going.
