Great support Digi...24bit ADAT Bridge

Just a quick post to say "thank you" Digi Tech Support (especially Mike Studer and Alex)for the great service. I dropped off my ADAT Bridge Monday afternoon at their temporary Palo Alto facility to have it upgraded to 24-bit and had it back in my rack working before noon today (returned via FedEx overnight). That's great service guys...wonderful turnaround time...and only a little down time for me.

For those of you planning to do the 24-bit ADAT Bridge upgrade, don't forget to call Digi Tech support for a RA number before sending in your unit.

This is the way all companies should support their products...thanks again guys!!
