Same issue here, paid for my subscription in December 2016, tried to open PT a few days ago, message in iLok License manager, no active subscription. This is a real pain in the butt, please fix. Have opened case.

WTF is wrong with this crap.?! Why does this happen every month for me? I have a client sitting right behind me...my sub renews on 23rd of every month. And every flipping month on 24th I have to embarrassingly cancel sessions with clients because of this crap.

Has anyone experienced this issue with subscription renewal.

Was notified by Avid that my subscription was about to expire. Went to my account to renew by subscription, but there is no way to renew it. Then went to the avid store and the renewal feature takes me back to my account. Seem like I am in a loop.

Submitted a ticket with Avid and have been waiting for a resolution for weeks.
